Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 12 hours notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 12 hours notice may be accommodated based on availability, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The entire appointment fee will still apply, as our massage therapists reserve the entire appointment time exclusively for you. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or may be required to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
